I hereby agree to and authorize the creative use of my name, title, photograph, and voice in any positive campaign announcement, advertisement, publication, literature, newspaper, radio, television, public announcements, other forms of media outreach, and fundraising activities in both digital and hard copy in support of Barry Laiche for District Judge of the 12th Judicial District Court, Division B.
